Busy Busy Busy

Its been a while since my last blog.. I have been really busy with my clients... ive been doing cainrows, weaves, colouring.. its been hectic and im excited with all thats going on... The Photoshoot im organising is goin well .. i have all my models, MUA (make up artist) is a good friend of mine, only thing i waiting on now is my photographer to get back to me on dates, as soon as i have that we are good to go! It is going to be AMAZING!! so watch this space... There will be behind the scene photos aswel as the end product so keep an eye out.... 

 just a little update on whats been happening...  oooo and i got some news on something but im not going to say anything until its set in stone but potentially some really exciting news;)

Too much......

Ok... I am working overtime right now to make all ma dreams and aspirations come true, but I’m working on about 50 thousand things all at once lol... 

I got my business plan that I’m writing up... photo shoot I’m organising... designing business card (something funky fresh not some any old business cards from vistaprint lol)....booking clients... if you could see what my diary looks like for the next month... its enough to give anyone grey hairs lol.. 

I have so many great ideas and I want them all to happen NOW!!! But come on now this is reality and it don’t work like that... so I thought I’d write you a short blog about what I’m doing... give myself a moment to breathe and just vent so i can think clearly and take my time and perfect one thing at a time..

So excited right now with all that happening... and can’t wait for salon international next month :D

Anyway... back to work....loving life right now!!

A little about me!!

I am a talented young hairdresser from Northwest London. I have been interested in hair since the age of 10 years old. I began styling and cutting family and friends hair from the age of 14 years old. I was so passionate, I decided that I wanted to become a professional hairdresser. I found my first job in a local hairdressers in Stanmore, this is were I developed how to cut and use colour and developed a more deeper understanding of hair. this excited me and made me want to learn more, so I used my mother and my sister as guinea pigs and taught myself how to braid and weave...a few months later, I still was dissatisfied and felt there was more for me out there and I wanted to push myself and work at a pace I knew I could handle. I was very gratefull for the oppotunity of been given a job but after many years i felt i, myself and my talent out grew the salon so i began looking for another hairdresser that could offer me this. After only a short time of looking, I was offered
a full time apprenticeship at one of London's exclusive salons in knightsbride and attended the exlusive "The Academy Mayfair", where I learn't many more skills to add to my own. Working in Knightsbrige opened so many doors for me, I now work along side other great hairdresser and Fashion designers for photo shoots such as Romero Bryan, Alice's boutique. I have also had the privilege to work and style hair of the stars, which iinclude Catherine Zeeta Jones, Sophie Anderton, David Blaine, and Mutya Buena. After a long time off due to injury, I'm now ready to make that next step..
